Billing

United Cab drivers are prohibited from soliciting gratuities.

  • Additional charges will be itemized on the customer’s billing statement when applicable (e.g. tolls, parking, airport and regulatory fees, fuel surcharge, etc.)
  • All published rates are subject to change without notice.
  • All rates are billed in U.S. dollars.
  • Due to fluctuating currency exchange rates, U.S. dollar equivalents of international rates may vary.
  • Applicable taxes will be charged as required.

 

Flat-rate rides

  • United Cab has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
  • Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved vehicle. After a five (5) minute grace period on all, there is a $0.28/min or $18/hr charge for waiting.
  • Deviations from online booked ride using flat rate will be charged using metered fare rates.

 

Cancellation and no-show fees

Cancellations made 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded 100%. Any cancellations made later than that will NOT be refunded. You can either Cancel the reservation online or cancel it by calling our customer service at 1.877.OHTAXI before 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up.

 

Additional

  • United Cab shall not be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
  • United Cab assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle.
  • United Cab does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in United Cab vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
